Reading
Is InkTales free?
Yes. Most chapters are free. Some later chapters are premium and can be unlocked with coins.
How do I save my progress?
Log in and start reading. Your latest chapter is saved automatically and shown in your Library under Reading History.
Can I change the font size or theme?
Yes. In the reader, use the − / + buttons and the light, sepia or dark theme buttons in the top bar.
Coins & purchases
How do I get coins?
New accounts receive 50 free coins. You can buy more on the Top Up page.
Do unlocked chapters expire?
No. Once unlocked, a chapter stays unlocked on your account.
I was charged but didn't get coins.
Contact us with your order ID from the checkout page and we will fix it.

How do I change my password?
Go to Account Settings and use the Change password form.
I forgot my password.
Contact support from the email address on your account and we will help you recover it.
For writers
Who owns my story?
You do. Authors keep their copyright; contracts grant a publishing license.
How do I apply?
Send your pitch and first chapters through the contact form with the topic "Author application".
